1. Nature of Services

1.1. Our services involve the provision of virtual genetic counseling services by qualified and trained genetic counselors. These services are delivered via a secure, locally hosted telehealth platform and are intended to be informational, educational, and supportive in nature.

1.2. Genetic counseling is a communication process designed to assist individuals, couples, or families to:

• Understand the potential impact of genetic conditions on themselves and their family members;
• Gain insight into the medical, psychological, and familial implications of genetic contributions to disease;
• Explore available options for genetic testing, screening, prevention, management, and family planning;
• Make autonomous and informed healthcare decisions in a non-directive, supportive setting.

1.3. Genetic counseling may include reviewing personal and family health history, assessing the risk for inherited conditions, discussing and offering available testing options and their possible outcomes, and providing support for informed decision-making and emotional adjustment.

1.4. These services are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or treatment by a physician. You should consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian to use these services.

All uploaded information remains confidential and securely stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Informed Consent

4.1. By proceeding, you understand that:

• Genetic counseling may involve discussing sensitive health and family history;
• The outcomes may have emotional, familial, or insurance-related implications;

4.2. You have the right to refuse to answer questions or end the session at any time without consequence.

5. Limitations of Virtual Services

5.1. Due to the virtual nature of the service:

• No physical examination will be conducted;
• Limitations may exist in fully understanding your personal or family health history;
• Internet interruptions or technical issues may occur.

6. Payment and Cancellation

6.1. All fees must be paid prior to the consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may incur a non-refundable cancellation fee.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
